There is no doubt that diet and exercise will always be a key part of weight management but, as you can see from the statistics above, diet and exercise alone are not working.

Doesn't Work! The missing piece is not a goofy diet, magic pills or bogus patches.
Doesn't Work! It's not difficult exercises or expensive gym equipment.
Yes! It is something that makes a healthy diet and adequate exercise a natural part of your busy life!

Does the following sound familiar?

Think back.

If you've tried to lose weight you probably did it for some very important reason. It might have been a reunion, your wedding, or a wake-up call like a serious illness.
